I tried out an engraving tool my dad got for free.

Day 302
Trying to get all my ducks in a row...
I spent a lovely day at the park, today.
This squirrel and I had a nice conversation.
My book was crawling with bugs!

Day 298
I found some information about the health benefits of onions.
"Never mind the tears they bring on—onions are an ace ally in your fight against disease. A prized member of the lily family, they lavish you with health benefits while adding oodles of taste to your food.
A quick glimpse at their incredible health benefits:
- The phytochemicals in onions improve the working of Vitamin C in the body,
- thus gifting you with improved immunity.
- Onions contain chromium, which assists in regulating blood sugar.
- For centuries, onions have been used to reduce inflammation and heal infections.
- Do you enjoy sliced onions with your food? If yes, rejoice! Raw onion encourages the
- production of good cholesterol (HDL), thus keeping your heart healthy.
- A powerful compound called quercetin in onions is known to play a significant role in preventing cancer.
- Got bitten by a honeybee? Apply onion juice on the area for immediate relief
- from the pain and burning sensation.
- Onions scavenge free radicals, thereby reducing your risk of developing gastric ulcers.
- Those bright green tops of green onions are rich in Vitamin A, so do use them often.
My favorite way to enjoy onions is to slice them really thin, squeeze some lemon juice on top and add a little salt. Sprinkling a few freshly washed cilantro leaves adds fragrance and flavor to this simple, quick salad, without which no dinner of mine is complete."

Day 294 (Thursday, June 20th)
Not the best quality, but we saw a deer grazing in someone's yard and had to get a picture.
I made a stamp with Garfield on it.

Day 293 (Wednesday, June 19th)
I made a sign for a coworker that has put many hard-working years in at this company.
She definitely deserves this retirement!
These interesting little green things have been falling out of the trees in the park.
I'll have to find out what they are.

Day 289
Working with clay was a lot more difficult than I expected.
But, with practice, you can usually get better at things, right?
I improved at least a tiny bit from the first attempt
to this second attempt...
And, here he is! Jack Skellington from Disney's The Nightmare Before Christmas:
