April showers bring May flowers!

Here's a simple cartoon version of my backwards swimming shark from Day 214:

I also grabbed a doodle from one of my favorite blogs, Cup O' Doodle.

Here's what I came up with:

Day 224

I started a free trail of Adobe Illustrator today.  I think I'm going to be spending quite a bit of time on this thing!  So far I've learned to use layers to trace.  I started with the bear from yesterday.

Then I traced.

 I also added some color.

Day 223

This is a very stylistic bear from a cartoon series called, The Angry Beavers.

Mitch Schauer is the creator and main character designer of the show.  

I love the style of the characters, and the bear really stuck out to me.

Day 222

Scribbles!  The red pen was scribbled by a friend. 

 I completed the pictures in the other color.

I pulled out the construction paper today.  It's been a while!

Rainy day remnants.

There's a cute bird family living outside of my window.  

I went on a small hike today and got a few pictures.

I saw two turkey vultures!

Later I watched Tangled and drew a quick Rapunzel when she was young.

I have a little book of sudoku puzzles.  Usually I just throw them away when I'm done with them.

 Today, I color coded the numbers to see what the pattern would look like.

I also started learning a song on my guitar!
