Today I pulled apart an alarm clock that wasn't working.
I was able to put it back together just as it had been, and although I couldn't fix it, it was worth it to take a look inside.
I found a quote that I enjoyed from Jim Jarmusch, a director, and made this:
The quote made me think of the recent movie, Snow White and the Huntsman, which seemed to pull ideas, places, storylines and such from many different places. I thought it was great, though, because even though some of the elements felt familiar, they tied together in a new way to create a new world. To me, it was a perfect example of Jim Jarmusch's quote.
I listened to The Sound of Music soundtrack today, which inspired this quick little sketch:
